Established in 2003 ReSource Point of Sale LLC (RPOS) has grown from a staff of 1 to a staff of 18. RPOS operates offices in both Illinois and Florida. All hardware repairs and customer depot management is done in our Chicago facility by manufacturer certified technicians. Our focus has always been on customer service and infrastructure. In 2007 ReSource implemented an oracle based ERP solution to manage all of the company processes. This proactive investment into our business has set us apart from many of our competitors and has allowed us to offer integration, transparency and web based account control to our customers. In early 2008 with the infrastructure and service levels in place RPOS earned business partnerships with the top manufacturers in the marketplace, HP, IBM, Microsoft and NCR. Now with the support of these manufacturers and our distributors, ReSource Point of Sale has emerged as a leader in the industry.
